Kool Club VIP Caravan Servicing Club Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the **Kool Club**, an exclusive loyalty-based Caravan Servicing Club that rewards our members with increasing benefits the longer they engage with our services. Members progress through the tier system based on service history: **Gold, Silver, Red, Blue, and Yellow**.
Membership Tiers
The Kool Club operates on a loyalty system, where members advance through tiers based on their regular engagement with our services. Each tier offers unique benefits, with **Gold** as the highest level, reserved for our most loyal members.
Gold Tier
Highest Level, Achievable After 6 Years
The **Gold** tier represents the pinnacle of Kool Club membership. This level is reserved for those who have shown long-term commitment to our services and supported us.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of **6 years** continuous Kool Club membership OR
- **15 completed services**.
**Benefits:**
Free Tickets to the Kool Eriba Rally
30% Discount** on caravan servicing, repairs, and upgrades.
Priority Servicing**: Access to the **most popular service slots**, such as Mondays or Fridays.
Exclusive Committee Invitations**: Gold members are invited to join the **Kool Club Committee**, offering the chance to provide input on new services and participate in decision-making processes.
Dedicated Caravan Specialist**: Personalised support from a dedicated service advisor.
Membership Retention for Eriba Owners**: See **Section 1.6** for specific retention rules.

Silver Tier
The **Silver** tier offers significant benefits for members who regularly engage with Kool Club services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of **4 years** continuous membership/past servicing
**Benefits:**
- **20% Discount** on all caravan servicing.
- **Priority Booking**: Appointments available 1 year in advance.
- **Access to Special Promotions**: Exclusive discounts on select services via promotions.
- **Committee Involvement**: Receive news on club developments and provide feedback via occasional surveys.

Red Tier
The **Red** tier is for members who have been with us for 3 years plus
Requirements:
3 completed services.
**Benefits:**
- **10% Discount** on caravan servicing .
- **Standard Booking**
- **Seasonal Offers**: Access to select member-only promotions during key periods.
Blue Tier
The Blue tier is an entry-level tier for members who have started engaging with Kool Club services.
**Requirements:**
- **2 completed services**.
**Benefits:**
- **5% Discount** on caravan servicing.
- **Easy Online Booking**: Enjoy a seamless online booking experience for all your service needs.
Yellow Tier
The Yellow tier is the starting level for all new members of the Kool Club.
Requirements:
Automatic entry to the Kool Club after the first purchase or service.
**Benefits:**
- **Access to Kool Club Offers**: General access to all promotions and seasonal offers.
- **5% Discount** on your second caravan service.
2. Membership Policies
2.1. Tier Advancement & Retention
- Members automatically advance through the tiers based on regular engagement with Kool Club services.
Tier status is retained through regular service engagement. For Eriba owners, membership is maintained if they return for a service within 18 months of their last visit.
- Members who fail to meet the service engagement requirements for their current tier will be downgraded but will retain basic benefits at the Yellow Tier.
2.2. Service Appointment Priority
Gold Tier members receive priority access to the most popular service slots, such as Mondays and Fridays.
3. Kool Club Committee & Member Involvement
**Gold Tier** members are invited to join the **Kool Club Committee**, offering them the opportunity to provide input on new services, changes to club policies, and future decisions. Members will also:
- Receive early access to club news and updates on service offerings.
- Have a say in new service packages and caravan care initiatives.
- Be invited to feedback sessions where they can suggest improvements and discuss ideas with fellow members.
**Silver Tier** members will also have the opportunity to participate in surveys and provide feedback on their experiences, helping to shape the club’s future direction.
4. Additional Terms
4.1. Cancellations & Downgrades
- Members can cancel their Kool Club membership at any time without penalties. However, once membership is cancelled, they will lose their current tier status and will need to start again at the **Yellow Tier** if they choose to rejoin.
- Members who do not meet their tier’s service engagement requirements will be automatically downgraded.
4.2. Refunds
- As the Kool Club is a free loyalty programme, no refunds apply.
5. Code of Conduct
Kool Club members are expected to act respectfully towards staff and fellow members. Any breaches of this code may result in membership termination at the discretion of Kool Club management.
